DELIVERY POLICY 

Shipping From
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide, except for certain countries where shipping is restricted or unreliable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
UK: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged at flat rates based on destination and are displayed at checkout. 

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@creatricestudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return label is arranged by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds include the item price and original standard outbound shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
